This coming week on Wednesday evening the team are to test their skill of how hard they can kick a football when they take part in the main sponsorship event of the season. The team enjoyed last week’s game against the whites in the first of team bonding exercises. A game against the club’s under 11 white team is planned for Tuesday evening at Seven Acres.

The team enjoyed their very first game together when they played their counterparts in the under 11’s. This week they are off down the motorway to play Kinross Colts (B). Richard will contact players with arrangements. The club would appreciate assistance from parents and supporters with regard to transporting the team to Kinross.

The team acquitted themselves very well against the older side from Kintillo. Thanks to David Murphy for his contribution whilst Richard was on a trip to the USA. No official games for a few weeks but coaching continues at Seven Acres on Wednesday evening at 6.00p.m.

Last week against the whites was a great derby game and a credit to both sides watched by the usual large support. This week the team face another derby game this time against the under 11 tangerines. Due to a prior commitment this game will now kick off later than normal and players are asked to report to Seven Acres at 12.30p.m.

A vast improvement on the previous week saw the Tangerines back to their best last week against Bridge of Earn. This Sunday the Tangerines have an away game with Kinross Colts "A." The under 10 Tangerines equipped themselves well against the under 11 Tangerines last Sunday and produced some nice flowing football. In the end the conditions and their experience won the game for the under 11 tangerines. This Sunday there is no game and training will continue at seven acres on Wednesday from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

A lack of concentration and too many errors cost the Tangerines dear against the Under 11 Whites last Wednesday, in a game where the weather played a major part. It took the Tangerines too long to get into the game and by that time it was all but over and the Under 11 Whites ran out eventual winners. There is no game this Sunday. Training continues at Seven Acres on Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30pm.

An outstanding performance by the young Tangerines when Kinross Colts A were the visitors last Sunday. Despite facing an older team, which played well and held a distinct advantage the boys took the game to the opposition, which paid off for them.
