Friday 18 October 2002
Against their older under 11-team mates last week the team just failed to bring off a shock result. Friday 15 November 2002
What a great performance from the team in their derby against the Tangerines last Sunday. It was obvious that the efforts of Grahame and Barry are starting to shine through and they must have been very proud of the way the team performed in what turned out to be a most exciting contest. It is not our norm to single out any player but the goalkeeper had an outstanding game and on the day was the best player on the field. This week the team welcomes Kinross Colts to Seven Acres and they will be hoping to maintain the standard of play of the previous week. Friday 06 December 2002
The game last weekend against the older and stronger Gannochy side in fact was an unfair contest. The game was played in conditions not conducive for playing football and the players and the ball were trying to plough through a sea of mud. However, this youngest of the Letham teams are showing definite signs that the coaching and encouragement from the sidelines are slowly starting to shine through. At Letham they are allowed to express themselves and at the same time given the opportunity to develop, improve and be a team player. This was very obvious by their play in flashes and should take heart in this fact rather than worry about the result of a game This week they are pitted against another under 11 side viz. Kintillo at Seven Acres. Will all players report no later than 10.30a.m. Grahame and Barry thank all friends and families for their support and hope they will all again encourage the team this week.

What an inspired performance from the team last week against the more fancied tangerine team. They enjoyed as much of the play but the little bit of extra strength was the only difference.
